Loan Modification

I was watching tv when a commerical come on and they stated they could help with getting a loan modification for people who were in forclousure on thier home. MI called the number and spoke to a women named A. Ferion. She stated she could help me with no problems. She email me some information and then requested that i sen them a deposit of 1,500.00 abd then set up payment after until the balance was complete. I did the next thing I know I get another email that my file has been transfer to another company. I get another email my file was transfered again. This happen two more times. I called and no one seem to know where my information was or who had it. I was to resend all the information.in the mean time it has been months sance I made a payment. I tried to reach peoplle no answer.

I call the Baldwin police and filed a repory they research the company and said they where able to reach someone. I called them back and finally reached a live person and she stated to me I had 72 hours to complete all the paper or my account would be cancelled I stated to her there is no way I would be ablr to do that. I recieved a letter in the mail that my account had been cancelled. I was in shock. I research the company and they are from aclif. And by calif. Law they are not to accept payment until the process has been completed. I called the Attorney General office here in PA. And filed criminal charges to get my money. If i were you I would never deal with this company. They wiil rip you off. Stay clear and if anyone contacts you hang up the phone. I want my money and Iwill fight tooth and nail to get it back. I will call every new channel and radio just to let them know you are people who don't care and they will take your money
