Ripoff wire and mail fraud harrassment, verbal threats and abuse by mail and telephone about a debt i do not owe

For the past few weeks i have been harrassed and abused verbally by someone named richard johnson claiming to be employed by camco in rockford il. At first he claimed i owed 20000. But wouldnt say to whom this debt was owed. I have asked him to stop calling me and to please stop his threatening and abusive language.

Finally he said i owed bank of america the debt that originated about 15 years ago, he placed a conferernce call between myself, himself and suposidly someone with bank of america. The person at bank of america said it was from an auto reposession 15 years ago and that they used the debt as a write off years ago. This was witnessed by my roommate listening on the other line. Richard johnson was advised that she would be listening as a witness to his illegal behavior.

At that time hewas very threatening and abusive to her insinuating that she would have to pay the debt and then he proceeded to tell her that i owed many other debts including acredit card debt.

I havent had a credit card in 30 years. We are both dissabled i have degenerative disc disease with complications that are serious. We do not need to live under the abusiveness and threats from richard johnson or any one else from camco but dont know where to turn for help.
