Worst Insurance I've Encountered

I was involved in a minor accident of May 11th, and today is June 8th and I still have not received my vehicle. I am a full time college student, and I have a part time job, however I am unable to get back and forth to class and work as needed, because I do not have many options to get around. I am not applicable to get a rental because my insurance provider said I need to be 21, so I decided not to pay for it if I cannot use it. I have been trying to reach the claims adjuster so he can look at my car again because he said he wanted the body shop to break it down, and they did. The body shop has been waiting to see and hear from him about two weeks now. I have been without a car for about a month!

I don't understand why I am still paying insurance and a car payment if I cant use it! I talked to discovery (local branch) and they can't do anything for me either. I do not recommend anyone to use this company, unless you have plenty of money and another car and want to wait forever.
