No refund for cancelled non-shipped item

After awaiting an order for 66cc Grubee motor bands, I requested again with quicker delivery. 24 hours later them arrived and that I terminated the 2nd purchase. The purchase is outlined online as terminated and that I have now been informed by two individual people who I'd get a credit on my money bill but nothing has occurred yet. They don't reply the telephone anymore and also have not answered to a lot of emails requesting help. It's just for $14.95 and happened on May 11 therefore there's no justification for my lacking acceptable reaction in the organization. Cheers for assisting me on this.
