Online account hacked

Observed a cost on my bank account that used to do not create and named BB and T instantly. Somebody was attempting to utilize my check card in Indianapolis (I'm in New York) to purchase $1300 bucks worth of devices. After I named I had been informed that my house address have been transformed to some Brooklyn, NY tackle.??? Somebody hacked my bill online and transformed all my own data without BBT actually informing me by any means. After I panicked and began requesting the client support representative about the telephone to assist and how to proceed, I had been flatly informed that it had been OUR obligation to contact the applying shop and obtain the purchase terminated, thet it had been OUR responisibility to obtain the shop to send anything to BBT stating they were 'delivering' my money-back in my experience, etc... They'll not assist you to, they take-no motion for you whatsoever. Then they lay on OUR cash for 2 months, declining to credit me back the 1300 bucks despite the fact that the furniture shop terminated the purchase. I've never in my own life observed such bad customer support. Your cash isn't secure with bb and t.
