Midland Mortgage
Will not release insurance funds for repairs

I'd a piece flow in march submitted a claim with insurance company who'd to create check payable to midland mortgage, they've not launched funds for repairs they state because of missing documents needed, i've sent over everything they've asked for multi times and they continue to say they didn't get. Remaining numerous voice communications, no delivered calls we're now heading into mid- june still have holes in my surfaces... Horrible customer support.
