Stay away from this company! Rude rude rude customer service. I placed an order for an expedited birth certificate. When I got the receipt it showed that they couldn't do the expedited birth certificate for the state of Ohio. I cancelled the order immediatly but noticed that my credit card was not credited. When I called back the customer service 'girl' because she sounded like a teenager argued with me and told me that although the order showed that it was cancelled that I didn't call them? What? Just give me my money back!
