Calling family not on Loan

Somebody who claims they're from Pursuit car continues to be calling family unit members stating these were referrals on my mortgage. Yes I'm end up having Pursuit as the saying goes used to do not get this to weeks cost however the lender claims they required the resources so that they are examining what's happening but why contact my loved ones at-all?
