I obtained about 20 calls from "Pursuit Auto Loans" regarding an autoo loan by my former spouse from whom I've been separated since 1998. I ahve submitted a-class activity alwsuite in national courtroom in Phailadelphioa against J.P. Mrgan Chase Bank, N.A., Pursuit Auto Finance Corp as well as their selection agenct, Accounts Receivable Preservation, Inc. ("SUPPLY") regarding their vailation of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Work and also the RICO for illegal conspiracy through wire fraud to wrongly determine SUPPLY as "Pursuit Car loans" and also to contact non-borrowers repeatedly to be able to lead them to contact the Pursuit customer and stress them to pay for their Chae car loan to be able to quit the calls towards the non-consumers.
