In April someone stole my debit card, as soon as I noticed it was missing I called the bank to see if someone had use it. There were several charges on my account. 1st they withdrawed $120.00, then deposited a bad check for a large amount of money, after they went to Walmart and withdrawed $500 3 times and then $300, leaving $360 in my account. I quickly notified Wells Fargo, they set up an investigation and told me it was nothing they could do about the situation because the person that stole the card had my pin #. I stressed to them several times that I have NOT given out my pin # or card to anyone EVER, but they were NOT one bit concerned. My account is now overdrown over $2000 and I told Wells Fargo I was NOT paying for anything I did not authorize. The last time I spoke with the claims department they told me that I said I authorized some of the charges on the account (which was a HUGE LIE). I have nt reached out to then since and I am now looking for a lawyer. Ever since Wachovia joined with Wells Fargo, I have had bad experiences with them and they seem not to care at all.
