NSF Fee Rip Off

I understand the NSF fee policy of Bank Of America but they are really abusing the fee policy. My check posted this morning and they still slammed me with the $35 NSF fee. I was aware of earlier transactions that were made in the week and I accepted that. But a check posted, my payroll posted and they still took the $35 from me??? I want my money back.
