Transactions Held Pending and Cleared Out of Order, Triggering NSF Fees

Omg! Can a bank get any more fraudulent then this? Transactions that I know have cleared all of a sudden the next day are pending. I called and complained about 3 $35 NSF that totalled $105. They told me that they clear the biggest transaction first. So I said if one of my $6.00 transactions was made on the 5th and I have a $100.00 transaction on the 8th you hold the $6.00 transactions til the other one is paid, WTF. This is crazy.

They are messin with people's money like. They can go ahead and clear those transactions because they are posted. They have the time to give you a available balance they can clear all those pending transactions. But they won't they wanna move stuff around and clear what they wanna clear instead of the order the transactions were made. And that is how NSF, comes to life. That's how they make their money.

Bank of America used to be the states bank and now it is SECU, now I understand why. It's sad that there are so many rules and laws to protect banks, but the American people have no rights at all when it comes to them abusing us.
