Excessive Fees - Gouging for Profits

US Bank must have people sitting up all night trying to figure out ways to gouge their customers. First, they charge $10 every time I use my reserve account, besides charging me interest. Now they want to charge me $7 a month for my previously free checking account. If I complain they'll terminate my credit lines. I have numerous accounts with them from business to personal and credit, but apparently being a full service customer doesn't get me any breaks from their profit gouging fees.
