I have put up online bill-pay... Moves me to a different website, won't let me spend online... Won't consider my login and code... CANNOT speak with actual individual, usually absurd delay period, no mail or livechat help. Just choice would be to contact and wait, wait, wait. Appears they deliberately attempt to cause you to late to allow them to jack-up rate of interest & pay costs. They PULL!!! Paying down ASAP & WOn't ever conduct business with Pursuit again. Hence us my 2nd consideration & have experienced issues with both.
