Losing Our Home

This company told us that they would be able to do a loan modification for us after we had fallen into forclosure. They were supposed to take care of all legal problems and keep us out of eviction while working on the loan mod. We paid $2000 up front and they have not finished a loan mod nor have they taken care of eviction problems. They do not return phone calls or emails. We are now losing our home and they still not been in contact with us. We started the process with them the end 2010 and they have failed update us for the last 2 months and prior to that we called for almost a month before any response was made by them.
