Wont honor agreements

Capital One must have liar in the world working for them... Last year I was diagnosed with two different forms of cancer, and unfortunately got behind in my payments as I was OUT OUT WORK for 7 months!!! Back in November I called them and spoke to the customer service, and told them what was going on, what had happened, and although I did consider Bankruptcy, I decided to pay my bills instead. We made the agreement, that I would agree to NOT use the card, while paying it off, and that in return once paid off, they would keep the account open, I have been making my monthly payments as scheduled, and even sent them an additional $ 1500 last week. Today I get a call from the "credit department" thanking me for my recent payment, and that they were going to lower my credit line from the original $ 5,000 to $ 2000 because I am a "bad risk" due to my credit report has some negatives on it... So I told the clown on the phone, that since they clearly don't want to do business with me, that when I do pay the balance off (less than $ 2000 now) i wont ever use their card again.
And I recommend that anyone who reads this... Do the same, take it out of your wallet
