Back in September i lost my wallet and i had credit cards in it. Someone found my wallet and used my cards. The only card im having a problem with is Capital One. A week or so before i lost my wallet i paid off my account in full.
Now the problem is thay wont take off the balance i didnt charge. Thay were Cash Advance. Thay told me that since i made up my own pin # i am beat, I got to pay it. I have not made a payment to them since, but i dont want to wreck my credit. I dont know what to do???
Another thing is i didnt file a police report. I loose my wallet often i usally find it weeks later so i didnt know i really lost it this time. Please Help
