Bad Customer Service

That is my next criticism. For over 2 yrs I've not get a declaration from these folks on my auto loan. I've tried calling them-and all I get is just a concept in the owner stating that telephone isn't any longer operating. About the next telephone there's no solution. I've sent them-and the e-mail address isn't approved. I sent a differente tackle but still no reaction. I wrote them characters and also have not gotten any response. That is really irritating. I'll not submit my next cost and find out if they're likely to consider steps against me. When they believe they are able to repo the automobile, they've a large shock awaiting them. All I want from their store would be to inform me what my equilibrium is. Our vehicle ought to be nearly reduced.
