I requested Chairs out of this Scam of the Organization on 11-23-11.14 days later I sent (E-Mail was my only option because they don't reply the telephone) to request standing. Got the frustrating car-reply mail stating "Your Customer Care Division has obtained your request along with a customer treatment expert is likely to be in touch with you shortly.". This obviously is just a rest, per week later I get a contact from "Alex" stating my seats were stopped (however they CONTINUE TO BE provided on the site by 1-4-12) and provided me a range of 2 various chairs. I immediately responded with my decision. Got the darn car-reaction again. I tried calling per week later when I had no reaction to my order change. I had been amazed when somebody responded the telephone. She stated they never got my order change. She published after that it and stated it'd venture out quickly. I named at the conclusion of this week and shock She responded again and explained the purchase was in the factory for delivery. 5 business days later I tried calling with no solution (FYI I've never got through about the telephone again by 1-4-12), and so I sent, Car-reaction again and waited. 2 nights later "Alex" Responded that it-my chair might deliver by "End-Of the week". I wait till recently (1-3-12) And tried calling again, no solution. And so I sent wondering why I'd no following number as guaranteed. Car-reaction again, but nothing from "Alex". I've informed my lender and am Calling my Lawyer. DON'T CONDUCT BUSINESS with one of these scammers!!!
