'09 taxes not sent out to appropriate office

Paid $176 to H&R Stop to manage & send duty info to government & STATE-OF IOWA for 2009 year. Got a phone early Feb from accountant Jim Pickering Silvernail shopping mall Pewaukee WI 53072 that she discovered 2009 fees & NEVER delivered to suitable company, National & state have today declined this years. 2010 fees. Currently submitted quantity because of National on 4/12 & awaiting state reimbursement. Obtained an email from both practices rejecting my. Fees, TODAY I'll need to cope with fines. I'm EXTREMELY ANNOYED & WOn't ever suggest them or move there again. I believe they ought to pay me the $176.00 they billed me!!!
