Taxes wrong 3rd time for 2008

I lived in Virginia in 2008 and Our spouse was in korea but his host to citizens claims AL. Then when performing fees we'd to pay for AL fees on my Virginia revenue. Despite the fact that I had been not really a citizen. Then I thought that wasnt right I named AL plus they explained just how to modify it. Therefore we returned had H&R modify it. Properly come to discover government Claims they did them incorrect for national plus they shorted our Reimbursement by $947.95. TODAY, I simply got another notice from AL declaring that I owe $1,268.00 Plus Intreset and costs for Fees owed, which eventually ends up to become exactly the same amount withheld from my Salaries from Virginia under State Fees. This really is Rediculous!!! Does anybody understand the regulations from condition to convey for this? If somebody might help me out I'd enjoy the feedback cy_sassy@yahoo.com. Government claims I have to contact the claims, also it appears that H&R informs me to contact the states aswell so when calling the states they inform me to contact H&R Block. AND SO I am soo angry!!! Hi My spouse is used as that's difficult enough to cope with!!! Insanity.
