Charged for someone else's vehicle

I exchanged in my own automobile and bought a brand new one in December. I got my tolltag from the previous car and place it in my own new vehicle.in March I started getting zipcash bills, that will be for individuals with no tolltag. I went online to alter the license plate related to my account, and was amazed to determine that tolls have been billed on my account, set off by my previous license plate, even though the tolltag wasn't within the previous automobile. After I requested NTTA to get rid of the costs, I had been informed I had been accountable (to get a car used to donot possess) since I didn't alter the info on my bill. Therefore NTTA has billed me for 2 automobiles on a single account in the same period, despite their statements that just one automobile could be related to a merchant account. I'll be calling appropriate help try to produce a-class action suit for this. Oh, and also the sum billed to my bill? About $11. Might have been so easier, and cheaper, for NTTA to complete the best point from the beginning.
