Accretive Solutions - Tom McDonald
Unprofessional Recruite

I was first introduced to Tom McDonald a recruiter for Accretive Solutions in Jacksonville Florida over a year ago. We had one (1) interview where he took all my details. He stated he would get back to me in a "couple of weeks" because there were several placements that he had at one of his client companies. I never received any return phone or email contact.

I had to initiate the contact before he would respond. McDonald then referred me to a woman staff member who was going to contact me. Once again I was forced to initiate contact only to be fooled that she was going to do somethng.

McDonald and I had a few Email exchanges. Frustrated I stopped calling. Prospects that McDonald told me about I had to assume were not real. I decided to vent my frustration to McDonald and BBC'd his boss. Some time after that there was no communication till today 04/29.

Here is a man who "talks the talk" and didn't walk the walk with me. He decided to ignore me because he "found out" that I BCC'd his boss! I am the client needing a job, asking for help and McDonald makes a secret decision not to have me as a client. Fine did he communicate that? No! He just let me linger for over a year.

Peter when my boss, Tom King, notified me that you were sending me emails and blind copying him, I made a decision not to work with you as a candidate. Thats just not the kind of professional relationship I have with my candidates. Keep in mind as you work with other recruiters in the future that we work for our paying clients to provide them with the best talent available to fill their positions; we dont promise any particular candidate we can find them a job.

I copied him once because I was not getting any response from you.

You talk about professionalism, how about doing your job properly.

Note:

McDonald made the decision not to work with me? I thought I was in the hands of Accretive Solutions!

McDonald was the person who would not touch base and probably was untruthful about there ever being a job on their books!

McDonald never had the professional courtesy to to let me know I was off the books!

I would never, ever recommend these time-wasting, unprofessional people to anyone. If you want false hope then register with them!

Note the sarcasm at the end of McDonald's reply "Best wishes, Tom".
