Ripoff

The consumer Greentree is a complete ripoff, the people are very rude and inconsiderate. I spoke with a manager today about lowering my interest rate from 12.5% to 5% and she told me if I wanted a house I better plan on paying 12.5% and also told me to watch what I say. This company doesn't care about their customers and would just as soon see anyone put on the street before making any kind of effort to help. They will call your neighbors to make sure you are out of the home, they will make threats about taking your home if you don't cooperate with them. I know there are more people dealing with this company and I think that we all need to do something to stop them from being able to treat people this way. Please email me with any suggestions.
