$10 fee for online and phone payments plus repeated work calls

This company bought out GEMB Lending and is now charging a fee of $10 to make a payment via internet and phone.

They told me I can send a check to them and they won't charge the $10 fee.

Then if you're even 1 day late on the payment, they call you and your work at least 3-5 times a day.

This is a horrible company. I wish I had known way ahead of time that they were buying out GEMB so I could have switched companies on my own.
