Mortgage Fraud

Amerisave is a complete Fraud. They charged me for my credit check and appraisal. Kept asking for ridiculous amount of documentation. I provided with with over a 100 files and spent days gathering all the documentation required. They kept lying that some of the documents are blank, but could not send me the blank document back or tell me which one it is. I e-mailed and called them several times a week to check for status, no reply whatsoever. After 30 days my loan got declined for no reason as their system automatically closed loans that are not actively worked on. I believe their lazy customer service was busy scamming others. I have excellent credit and went with another well know bank, my loan closed in 3 weeks, with the basic documentation and excellent customer service. I complained with BBB and disputed my credit card charge. Their employees Omar Goicochea ogoicochea@amerisave.com and his supervisor Joe Watts jwatts@amerisave.com are great fraudsters beware.
