Moss Sidell what is going on?

Does anyone know whats going on with this company? I signed up for a loan mod 9 months ago and I was told that the attorney for american consultants was an expert at getting loan modifications done? I was duped by his television commercial.
I am still waiting? The salesperson Jerry "the bullshit artist" maer told me that the attorney had connections with politicians and banks? Like barney frank who wants people to stay in their homes.
Then a week ago I got a letter saying my case was being sent to some clown in new york, who says he's not an attorney and has never heard anything about my case all I know is that I gave the salesperson 2 checks and all I get is B.S.
I have left 4 messages over the past week for this crook Moss siedell and his partner Jerry and he never calls me back.
I am going to complain to the massachussets law boards, anyone else feel the same way?
All I want is my case finished, if anyone has info please post?
