Moss Sidell we have tried for over a year to get our money back! How does he get away with all of this?

When we signed up for help over a year ago we heard moss sidell on the radio bragging about what he can do to help us save our home. When we called they sent out a very nice woman named donna who made us feel very comfortable. We gave them 2 checks and were told in 4-6 months we would get a lower rate and possibly a principle reduction.

Well 7 mos later, donna flew the coup and this bozo named jerry stepped in. From that point on all we got was b.S. And no results. To boot, this showman sidell never would take our calls and when we sent in our refund request we were told sidell resigned but he was in t5he same office.

We sent in our paperwork at least 5 times and never heard back. Then we got a call to come in and sign new paperwork and pay more money. For what we asked. We were told this expert attorney was now on his own, hes on his own allright, stealing more money.

We heard him on the radio last week talking about being an expert with short sales, hes a expert alright on short tales and b.S. We just made a complaint to the bbb and they laughed-they almost expected it.
We were told to call the ag also, all we want is our money back from these con men.
Shame on these a*holes! We have no idea what to do now! We have to beg our bank for help.
