Ripoff

They took $279.00 out of my checking account and said in return I would receive a $3,000.00 Mastercard. The $279.00 was taken out of my account on 12-12-03 to date 2-6-04 I have received nothing. I have called and called and they keep saying its in the mail. Obviously I've been ripped off.
