Stole money, lied, and cheated! Ripoff!

They told me that I was appoved for a $5000.00 mastercard and that there is a one time fee of $279.00. They said as soon as they receive the money I would recive a mastercard within 30 days.

So they took the money out of my bank account on 12-04 03. I still have not recieved anything.
