Automatic payment failed

I registered for automated payments. I've three loans handled by them once they purchased them from great waters. Everything was working fine. However I acquired a notice from ACS that I'd a delinquent fee. On the site I came across that just two of the three loans have been compensated despite the fact that all three were in automated reimbursement. I sent them since it was a weekend. While Wednesday arrived around I turned impatience and so I chose to contact them. They claimed it had been terminated. They mightnot tell me why or who made it happen and declined to have gone the late charge. Fundamentally, "also poor, so unfortunate".

Is Not the entire point-of automated funds to prevent receiving late charges and never fretting about looking into it each month? She believed to examine it each month to ensure it experiences. I stated towards the lady the funds are planned the day they're due which if it generally does not function, even when I examine it 24 hours later, I'd obtain a late charge right? She said yes. Excellent, right?

They draw... Big style. We've no privileges. I dislike them-and I Have just experienced reimbursement a few months.
