Slapped with late fees, their fault though

As it pertains to house mortgages, customer support may be the worst. Establishing automated funds required over 30 times in order for them to approach. The info required to setup automated cost needed to be shipped in and maynot be studied within the telephone. They struck me having a late charge that they declined to get rid of from my consideration, simply because they didn't approach my automated cost info in an acceptable period of time. They stated they delivered me a notice showing when automated funds began, that we never obtained. Later I acquired a notice that my consideration was overdue. That is after I discovered that a merchant account overdue might quit all potential automated funds. It's the stupidest thing I Have heard. Additionally, it required over 2 months in order for them to approach my info to setup online providers. But which was useless, since the online providers achieve nothing. That you don't get any info aside from you mortgage stability, and also you can't make funds, etc. Remain far-far from this lender.
