Sex phone scam! Soliciting a minor for phone sex, then bill for hundreds of dlls

They sent a tex to my minor son to call a free number, he called and since then we have got bills for almost 1,000 for calls that he did not make, anyway to prove the scam I called the 1800 and hang up and I started to get texts to call for free, I never did and then later I got the bills too. My husband called to findout what the problem was and they told him he was a fu..ing naive idiot and to talk to his son, well they are billing for calls that do not exist and threaten to press charges against my son. I wonder if the BBB can do something about this company.
