Mishandling of Account

I only had 24 cents in my account. They allowed numerous transactions to be approved for amounts less than ten dollars and charged me 34 for each charge. And I didnt knowly agree that protection. Now my account is negative 309. The sad thing is Chase assured me at the Peachtree Industrial location this would not happen to me again. And told me to sign the form so it would not happen again.
