Insurance Fraud writes policies and never sends money to Insurance company

Starting in November this Guy started writing Insurance policies and not send the money into the Insurance company. I found out in March that I had no insurrance on my house from December 1 until March. Suffolk County Police on L.I. Have arrested him on Grand larceny and fraud.
