Fraud deceptive internet credit report

Signed up for a free credit report. Ironically I knew this companies reputation, but signed up anyway assuming it was users not reading the fine print.

So, I carefully viewed every page and all fine print... Nope, not a word about any additional charges.

I called for a refund and was told I had signed up for an upgrade. A total lie.

Filing complaints here, with the FTC, my states consumer protection agency and as many other agencies as I can.
