Last year, we decided to employ the services of Dorcy Law and Associates early 2010 to assist with out mortgage loan modification. Our 5 Year ARM was getting ready to adjust and we needed the assistance to avoid our payment going up and adjusting.
We were told that this would be a process and that they need certain documents based on the lender requirements. We sent all required documents, paid them a nice amount of money (which cleaned out our savings) and then waited for the "process". After a few months we called and were told that they are still working on our case. Another month passed by, and since we havent heard anything, we called the attorney again. We have called multiple times, only to be told Randy is not available or if you call him directly, we would not get a call back. After several unsuccesful attempts at contacting him, we decided to file a complaint with BBB. Since he did not respond to their request, we were told to attemps other ways of getting to him. We have since filed a complaint with the California BAR Association and plan to take further action if necessary.
