Randy's Tax & Document Services Randy collect $935 for services and didn't deliver, won't return calls, emails for a refund, it's been 8 months

I contacted Randy Hirsch Tax and Document Services in October. After speaking with Randy and his the assistant Liela on several occasion, I decided to hirer Randy to help me with my credit file.

I was sent a contract for the service I wanted. It stated that the fee would be $1900. They ask for half up front and the balance would be paid on the back end once my new file was ready. I made two payments that total $935. Up to that point I had no problem in getting in contact with Randy or this assistant.

I was given a 30-45 day time line and it was given the guarantee that if no results were made I would be given a full refund. But three weeks in I was try to get an update was told that he was a little behind but he should have results in a couple of weeks. This is now late November early December.

After that I was no longer getting responses or updates from Randy or his office. I sent a number of emails countless calls and several messages with his assistant's but I was not having any luck. I had to contact his business associate in the tax services (that was listed in his message greeting that) I needed Randy to contact me.

He contacted me a week or so later, it is now early to mid January. Apologizing, using the excuse of the holiday and other things and stating here again that he would have my file ready in a week or so. Guess what!!! I tried again to contact his office before filing a complaint with the BBB in March.

After I file my complaint at the end of March, he finally responded to the BBB in May (the 18th). Here again apologizing and stating he had a very crazy and busy tax season and he would be contacting me as soon as possible to set up payment arrangements. (Is he, serious payment arangement. He's had my money for over 7 months).

BBB contacted me via email stating that I need to follow up to Randy response. Since he had not tried to contact me as he said he would in May. I tried to contact him June 4th via phone leaving messages, sent email and fax (this stated what form of payment and when I wanted my refund). I asked that he contact me letting me know he received my request, before I responded to the BBB, especially since he had not contacted me as he said he would to BBB... Guest What... NO response!

As I did some research via the internet I found this complaint website and found Randy Hirsch here, I normally investigate before sending money to someone but this was a referral through a service that I though I could trust. I will be informing them of Randy's business practices. I wish I had did this prior to sending any money to Randy Hirsch Tax & Document Services.

I'm sure there are other victims of Randy's bad business practices. Let me know if you have! I will be looking into other avenues in getting my back.
