Took $1100 & Have Done Nothing!

I have all documentation and e-mails along with paperwork to show that the contract that was initially agreed upon for a re-modification of my mortgage loan was not full field. Furthermore once two payments of a total of three were taking from my account, the second payment was taken way before the agreed upon date. Everyone who I was in contact with completely vanished. On February 4th of 2011 a contract of $1650 was agreed upon for a home modification loan. I have all e-mails to show that my point of contact was the legal representative named Jennifer Sharkey. I sent Jennifer all of my personal and private finance and home modification documents so that the Friedland Law Center could process my home loan modification. I have e-mail and voice mail conversations as Jennifer assigned my home modification to a Mr. Michael Brodwolf who was supposed to actually be in contact with my mortgage company and get my home modification started and processed. After the second installment of a total of three separate payments of $550, the second installment was taken way before the agreed-upon signed date. I called the company and Jennifer apologize saying nothing like this has ever happened before but she would check into the problem and then vanished. My mortgage company has no knowledge of anyone contacting them and they are in the process of foreclosing on my home as I am doing this complaint.

I kept receiving notices from our mortgage company on my door, and when I called the 1-877 – 393 – 0526 extension# 311 at first Michael told me and I have his message on my answering machine that he contacted the company and it was an error of the company not receiving the documentation. But Jennifer assured me that they were the best and that everything will be taken care of. Then all of a sudden the company had to move from its location to a new location. And that is when everyone vanished. Jennifer gave me her emergency cell phone number which was 1-954-822-6994 for which I could contact her immediately until the move of the company now there's only a answering machine and I get no response from anyone at the Law Center.
