My daughter was visiting France at the time this happened. I was contacted by my credit union to ok a charge to my debit card. I knew she had to take a train trip while she was there. Fearing she would be separated from her group, I ok'd the charges. I spoke to her later that afternoon and she said she had not used her debit card or mine since she had been in France. I had already ok'd the charges. My daughter had taken a train trip to California from Salt Lake City and back the week before she went to France. She did however pay for the U.S. Train trip with my debit card. The scary part is, how did these people know she was in France at the time. Or did they?
