Illegal Collection Practice

This company used another company to contact my boss to verify my employment and the lady told my boss that this was in regards to a best buy credit card debt and that they are sending paper work to garnish my wages.

Nigaura have never contacted me in writing or by phone and I know nothing of this debt. I only learn of this dead beat collection company by the lady that contacted my job. They are in for a rude awaken since even if I had owed the debt the state of FL that I reside DON'T allow your wages to be garnished for credit card debt if you file head of household on your tax return and have a chid or children that you are responsible for. Therefore they are wasting time and not researching the various state laws or contacting the debtor before thinking of contacting my job.

The lady that they use to contact my job stated that Nigaura will contact me in 5 days however if I don't hear from them I could call them. Why should I call this dead a* company I will be contacting an Attorney to whip them in shape.
