Accessed my checking account without my authorization or knowledge

On 11-3, WLI Reservations.com withdrew $10.00 out of my checking account without my knowledge. I don't understand the corporation and that I don't know how they got my examining info and just how they succeeded for making the deal?

I've informed my bank establishment and that I did study about the organization, online, to discover who this type of person. I informed them by mail. They sent me back and requested for my additional mail records and my mailing address so they may find my account which I understood nothing about and that I offered the info for them and informed them-not to actually attempt that again.

I've not gotten my cash back. It's just $10.00 dollars however it is my $10.00 bucks. I wonder just how many naive individuals have had their cash taken from their checking balances with this evening, 11-23-07?

I do want to understand how I will document a match from this organization and avoid them from carrying this out to other people?
