The service is extremely tedious and convoluted in terms of the payment: they have different ways, as they say, to enter the web site according to which they charge; in order to qualify for the least price you have to enter through IRS web page, but HELLO, EXCUSE ME, the IRS web site says that you are now leaving the IRS web site.in other words, they make a bunch of nonsensical excuses when people asked why I have been charged $30 for the Federal filing INSTEAD OF FREE, and why the state tax filing cost $20 instead of $10 as every other retailer charges?
