We too, were victims of Fairbanks. Had to come up with almost 4000.00 to save our home. From Appraisal fees, to (their) attorney fees, misc charges etc. We filled out HUD paperwork before any of the major law suits began. Im curiouse to see if anyone knows what the outcome is.

I know they were to pay punitive damages of 4 million dollars. I went to the HUD wesite and found their case and printed it off. It consists of everything Fairbanks has been issued to do including paying consumers for the damages.

But it does not have any specific dates or who will be included in this. If anyone has any information, I would be forever in your debt.
