Unauthorized charge

In late Dec. When spending money on product at Ulta, I had been provided a 'free' problem of However You Like journal (as well as other promotional products). I had been informed it was a totally free 3-month marketing that could be terminated if completed so prior to the end-of the 3-month time. I created an email to myself to stop.in Jan. I received one matter. (it was like 14 days following the visit to Ulta). I realized I'd time for you to contact and stop and meant to before finish January (hadn't yet obtained their free 3-month issue present).in Feb. I observe an unauthorized cost to my charge card for $24.95 and that I have yet to get the things they explained was "free". I'm arguing with my charge card organization and that I am calling InStyle nowadays to obtain a reimbursement plus they may maintain their journal - which today I'd never buy at any cost. This really is an excessive exercise! How are they permitted to do that??
