Dont be ripped off by Ranger Financial, These guys will pull a fast one. Communications South West in Arizona was contacted by Mike Vela Jan 20 for 7 day no cost collection 25%. They had made numerous attempts to settle a jugment we had against All over Towing in AZ for $51,000. They low balled the settlement over and over for $15000. We later found out they backed All Over towing in settleing for 30,000 without our final approval. Ranger pulled a fast one and got them to wire funds of 30k in their bank and kept the money. We asked for them to release the money and they refused. Last we heard 6 weeks later in they will not release because it is in investigations. Well known liars, they will also tell you they have a investigater in your area. We have filed a complaint in Texas and Arizona. Ranger is not bonded/licensed in the state of Arizona and faces class one misdemeanor charges 32-1056,32-1024,32-1001,321057 and 32-1055
