Joe Brown (Attorney) David Walker called my wife's job stating that she took out a loan and never paid it back and her all her info

I have spoken to a Joe Brown who is supposed to the head man and attorney of this operation and also a David Walker who is supposed to be a paralegal. I have also spoken with a Harry and a Larry so far, these folks called my wife on her cell phone and also her job stating she took out a pay day loan with a company called Cash Advance. Saying that she didn't pay it back and now she owes $563 and that she needed to fax them a notarized form stating that she intends to pay this amount. When I heard this I immediately called them back, asked for documentation showing this information and got the biggest run around. This guy Larry I spoke to the first time told me I had to speak to Joe Brown, so I asked to be transferred to Joe Brown, there was a pause and then he came back saying he was Joe Brown. When I asked for documentation from him, he said that they emailed it, which they didn't and then said he could not send me any documentation but that he needed to speak to my attorney and hung up on me. The next day I called back and spoke to Joe Brown, I informed him by law he was required to send us documentation about owing money, he chuckled as if I didn't know what I was talking about so I then asked again for the documentation. He became very irate and belligerent, starting screaming at me and said he was taking us to court because we stole money. I calmly asked again for the documentation, when he refused I told him that I was reporting him to the FBI and to an attorney for fraud because he has stolen my wife's information. He then got upset and told me to do what ever I wanted, I then asked to speak with his supervisor and he got upset again and said I was going to get him into trouble. I told him to stop calling my wife's place of employment, he said he would call again and I then said for every time you call her I will call you and you will be surprised when the FBI finds out who you are.
