Ripoff debt collection

On Nov 19th Mrs Ryan from Camco called me 2:15 P.M. On my cellphone stating I owed 3,552.07. If I refused payment then the "Federal Paperwork would be turned in and I would owe 7649.32 and I would need a lawyer on retainer by November 21st. I asked Mrs Ryan to send me the documents to show proof of the debt (supposed credit card debt from B of A 1991.) She faxed me a sheet to put my credit card number on and if I paid the debt by 3:00 on November 19th all would be ok.

Mrs. Ryan also stated that she sent paperwork by registered mail and only the postmaster had to sign for it and I did not have to sign any registed mail sent to me. I went to B of A they have no information about this. I called the mayor's office of Rockford and I was not the only one calling and complaining about Camco. He told me to call the Attorney General's in Illinois. They said it is being investigated.

I also called the Attorney General's office in Florida, e-mailed the FTC. I received a second call on November 21st from Dawn Anderson, I asked her to send me debt validation by fax or mail, she put me on hold several times until Mr. Brown came on the phone and told me the paperwork was on it's way and would he like for me to conference B of A. Mr. Brown wanted my attorney's name and number since I wanted debt validation.

I explained to Mr. Brown that I had spoken to an attorney, AG of Illinois, Florida, and the Mayor's office in Rockford and told him the conversation was being recorded, Mr. Brown said it was illegal for me to record him without permission and why am I calling Camco. I told him I was returning Dawn Andersons call and please conference me in with B of A. Mr. Brown hung up.
