Im a US Army soldier, I've beeing serving my country for 13 years. When in 2002 I got orders to move to Italy, my wife decided she asn't coming with me and she moved back with her mum taking with her my two children. I have always supported her financiary. I have prros I always send her money to support them.in 2006 I returned to USA (Fort carson, Colorado) and we separated.in just weeks before I deployed to IRAQ, she went to the Florida Child Support Enforcement Agency and reported me saying I never pay support to her or my chidren since 2002.By the time I was notify with thi, it was time for me to deployed, so after I droped off my proofs of payment to the Child Support Agency in Colorado, I left the country, hoping that my divorce lawyer was going to do his job and my best interest during my divorce trial. That didn't happened and 2008 the Child Support Agency entered an order against me saying I had more than $26.000 in child support arrears. They tracked my 2009 Taxes Refund and send it to my ex wife and they suspended my passport. I'm now back from Iraq and I hired an other lawyer to have my arrears erased (which means I spent thousands of dollar to pay him).in December my ex wife signed the documents saying I always provided her support and admiting that I actually overpayed her (more than $26.000). The judge signed the order confirming I have $0 owned in child support arreas. Due the bad experience in I called the Florida Child Support agency before file for 2010 Tax Return and they said eveything was fixed. Today I received a letter from IRS saying they tracked my Taxes again. I already called the agency and they reply me to file a complain and IF Im lucky I will receive MY money in 6-8 weeks... If not I guss my ex wife will. I took care of my children their whole life and I still get screw over. Please be very carefull when you are dealing with this agency because they will do nothing to help you and fix their mistake!
