Ripoff fraudulent billing very dishonest some payments don't show can't tell me where my payments went no answers

I started with a loan from delta funding who i also would not deal with again. Then they turned my account over to ocwen federal bank without telling me for months after ocwen took over my loan its been a nightmear i cant tell you how mant times my payments were messed up

Iam trying to get this loan payed off now every time i think iam there they say i owe for someing else i made a december payment but they said i didnt i have been fighting with them ever since i asked them where my payment went they said for other things i owed but they wont tell me what those things they used my december payments for

I cant ever get a straight answer from anyone from that company i asked for a payoff statment in the first week of oct. 2002 they sent me a pay off of 2,293.51 i recieved this statment and the date on this letter was oct. 16 the pay off was good till nov. 13 i sent them a payment on oct. 9 of 1,100 dollars and another payment on oct. 28 of 1,246 this adds up to 2,346 dollars they said i still owed them a dec. Payment

I sent them another 741 dollars on dec 16 all this money adds up to 3,087 iasked for another payoffin dec. 2002 it was good through jan. 23. It says i still owe 1,742.59. Is this a rip off or what? They sent me a letter from there lawyers for forclosure if i dont pay everything by feb. 5 2003 i have the money but i know when i send this payment they will say i owe something else

I hate this company! I suggest to anyone not to deal with this bank or any bank out of there own state they suck their liars dont trust any of them.
